Highlights on, "the Mumbai Development Plan 2034 has finally received a go ahead after three long years, giving the land starved Mumbai a big reason to rejoice. The new plan holds immense significance for the city’s real estate sector such as it will unleash additional land parcels which were so far demarcated under the ‘no development zone.’
